Food and Beverage DJin
Jin as humans have a need to eat and drink as for food is bones and feces (manure / animal) with his left hand, as the following hadith:
It means : "Prophet Muhammad said:" Food that you (O class of jinn) is any bone that still exist remnants of flesh that is in your hands and when to eat it mentioned the name of God and all the droppings (feces) your cattle. "Prophet Muhammad then continued his saying : "Therefore, do not you guys (the Companions) to protect himself (unclean clean like it had a small or large bowel using a stone or other object other than water) with both (bone and animal dung), because they are your brothers food (class of jinn) "

As human beings, jinn did marriage and descent. As mentioned in the following verses and hadith ;
It means : "And (remember) when We said unto the angels : 'Prostrate to Adam you, then they bowed except Iblis. He is from the class of jinn, so he disobeys the command of his Lord. Why have you taken him and his descendants as a leader other than me, and they are your enemies? Evil demon in lieu (of God) for those who do wrong "
( Surat al-Kahf 18: 50 )
Descendants word in this verse shows that indeed the Jinn gave birth and descent. It also shows that the genie was also married, because it is not possible if the offspring is not married (jima) previously. Another theorem which says that the jinn also is the word of God married the following :
It means: "It's never" touched "by the man before them (the dwellers of paradise who became their husbands), nor by the jinn"

The death of Jin

Capabilities and advantages DJin
God gives special advantages and capabilities to the genie is not given to man. Among the capabilities and advantages of the jinn is as follows:
1. Can move and move quickly

Before the Prophet was sent, the genie is often rises into the sky to listen to the news that will happen in the world. Upon hearing the news, they immediately inform the quacks and fortune-tellers. Therefore, before the Prophet was sent, soothsayers and shamans are often appropriate in providing answers and predictions. But once the Prophet was sent, the guard in the sky is tightened so that the genie can no longer hear any news and information. It is as revealed by God in
( Surat al-Jinn verses 8-9 ) :
And indeed we have been trying to find out (secret) the sky, then we found it filled with stern guards and flaming fires, and indeed we can advance to occupy several places in the sky were to listen to (steal). But now (The meaning of "now", is the time after the Prophet Muhammad was sent as an apostle) whosoever (try to) listen (like it) will certainly find a flaming fire (to burn) "
Therefore, since the coming of the Prophet to the present, let alone be able to hear the news the sky, it can not be approached. For that, what was said by quacks and fortune-tellers, was never true, but a lie. If there is a genie that will happen later this and that, then know that he had lied. Therefore, in Islam, the law prohibited a person came to ask the shamans and fortune-tellers. What about the fact that sometimes the forecast and soothsayers are correct speech and real? This was never conveyed also by Siti Aishah to the Prophet Muhammad. Consider the following hadith :
Aisha said, a group of people asked the Prophet about the shaman. He replied : "They did not know anything". They asked again : "But Rasulullah, sometimes what they say is true and real?" Rasulullah SAW said again : "His remarks were correct because prompted by jinn. He whispered into the ears of his friend (shaman) as hens cackle, and they confuse with a hundred lies (ie, the correct one but a lie a hundred even better)"

4. DJin is subject to change shape
Among the capabilities jinn (devil) the other is that they can change shape; sometimes intangible tangible also human and sometimes animal. In a hadith narrated by Imam Bukhari also narrated that the disbelieving jinn (demons) never came to Abu Huraira in human form. The following translation of the hadith is:
"From Abu Hurairah, he said:" One day the Prophet asked me to keep the treasure of zakat in Ramadan. Suddenly there came a man looking at the food and took it. I then said: "Do not first take, before I tell you the particulars to the Messenger of Allah ". The man replied: 'My people who are married and now really in need of food for my family." Hearing that I was finally allowed him to take food. When morning came, the Prophet said: "O Abu Huraira, what did you do yesterday?" I replied: "O Messenger of Allah, a man complain about his family troubles, and he begged alms treasure that moment, then I invite him take it." Prophet Muhammad and then said again: "He's been fooling you, O Abu Hurayrah, and tomorrow will be back again". Knowing he'll be back again, next day I watched him carefully and it turns out exactly what the Messenger of Allah, he has been in the treasure chamber of zakat while picking treasures collected zakat and he took it. Seeing that, I say again: "Do not you take the treasure it until there is permission from the Prophet". The man replied: "I am really in desperate need of food now, my family is now are waiting to starve. I promise not to come back again tomorrow. "With that, I felt pity and finally I invite him to take the property back zakat.Keesokan day He asked again:" What did you do yesterday, O Abu Hurayrah? "I replied : "People came back yesterday and asked for alms property. Because his family had long been waiting starve, I finally allowed him to take the property back to the charity." At that, the Apostle says again: "He has lied to you and tomorrow will be back for a third time ". The next day the man was back again and as usual he took the treasure charity that has been accumulated in the warehouse. Seeing that, I say again:" Do not take first, I will beg permission to the Prophet Muhammad first. Did not you promise yesterday will not be back again but why now back too? "The man replied:" Allow for the last time I took the treasure of this charity and in return I will teach you a sentence which, if you read God will always keep you and you do not will be touched and approached by Sethan so the morning ". I felt attracted to her words and then I asked what was the sentence. He replied: "When you go to sleep, do not forget to read the first paragraph kursyi because with God will keep you and you will not be approached by the devil so that the morning comes". This time I was allowed to take property of zakat. The next day the Prophet again asked what I had done yesterday and I said: "O Messenger of Allah, I am forced to allow it to take the property back to charity after he taught me a very useful phrase and berfaidah". The Apostle then asked again: "The sentence what he preaches?" I replied that he teaches verse Kursyi from start to finish and he said that if I read it God will keep me till the morning. Prophet then said: "Now what is he to say really but still he has managed to fool you by taking the property of zakat. Do you know who the man who came to you three times that? "I replied:" No, I do not know ". Rasulullah SAW said again: "But know that he is the devil".

DJin weaknesses
Although the jinn and devils have abilities that are not owned by humans, but al-Quran expressly says that essentially tricks the devil and it is weak. Here are some of the weaknesses of the jinn, among them:
1. Can not beat the righteous.
Evidence that the devil or jinn would not be able to defeat the godly are the words of the devil himself when in dialogue with God (Surat al-Hijr : 39) :
"He said:" My Lord, since you have decided that I go astray, surely I will make them look good (immoral deeds) in the earth, and surely I will mislead them all, except that Thy servants among them sincere ".

( hadith narrated by Imam Turmudzi ), Rasulullah SAW said to Umar: "Verily, Satan is very afraid of ye, O Umar"
Not just to 'Umar, but the devil (disbelievers) will also be frightened by people who truly believe in his faith. In al-wan Bidayah Nihayah, Ibn Kathir cites a hadith had the following :
"Verily, the believers will be able to control (beat) satanic as any one of you who can control his camel when traveling"

Among the miracles of the Prophet Sulayman was able to conquer jinns and devils so that they can work under his orders. This is as defined in the following verses of the Koran are in (Shad letter 38: 36-38):

Satan and demons can not resemble the shape and face of the Prophet. Therefore, if someone had a dream to see the Prophet Muhammad, then he really has seen it. In the hadeeth it says :
It means: "Messenger of Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him said:" Those who dream to see me, then he really has seen me, because Satan can not be like me "

Although the jinn and devils has the advantage can move quickly, but they will not be able to pass through the boundaries that have been defined which can not be passed except by the angels. Because if they dare to pass through, then they will perish and disintegrate. Because of that, the genie can not find and steal information from the sky so that what is whispered to the builders, soothsayers and shamans are mere lies. Hi pilgrims jinn, and human. if you are able to penetrate the (cross) over the heavens and the earth, then across, you can not penetrate except by force. Which favors of your Lord will you Which you deny? To you, (jinns and men) are released and the liquid copper flame then you could not save themselves (from it).
6. DJin can not open the door that was closed by the name of Allah
