Say: "He it is Who made you multiply in the earth, and unto Him you later collected." [Al Mulk 67/24] And among His signs is His is He created you from dust, then suddenly you (being) human breed. [Ar Rum 30/20] (He is) the Creator of heaven and earth. He has made for you of your own kind, and pairs of cattle species pairs (also), made his breed you by the way. There is nothing like unto Him, and He is the All-Hearing and Seeing. [Asy Syuura 42/11]
And everything We have created pairs that you may remember the greatness of God. [Adz Dzaariyaat 51/49] and that it is He who created pairs of men and women. [An Najm 53/45] Say to the believing men: "Let them hold the consideration, and maintains his cock; such is purer for them, surely Allah is Aware of what they do." [An Nuur 24/30] And marry the unmarried among you and the righteous among your male slaves and female slaves. If they should be poor, Allah will enrich them from His bounty, and Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing. But let them who find not [the means for] marriage abstain [from sexual relations] until Allah enriches them from His bounty. And those who seek a contract [for eventual emancipation] from among whom your right hands possess - then make a contract with them if you know there is within them goodness and give them from the wealth of Allah which He has given you. And do not compel your slave girls to prostitution, if they desire chastity, to seek [thereby] the temporary interests of worldly life. And if someone should compel them, then indeed, Allah is [to them], after their compulsion, Forgiving and Merciful. [An Nuur 24/32-33] Has been preaching to us Abdur Rahman bin Muhammad bin Sallam, he said; has told me Abdush Shamad bin Abdul heirs, he said; I never heard my father say; have told us Husain Al Mu'allim, he said; has told me Abdullah bin Buraidah, he said; have told me 'Amir bin Syarahil Ash Sya'bi that he had heard Fatima bint Qais and it included the first woman to emigrate, said; Abdur Rahman bin 'Auf proposed between a few companions of Muhammad sallallaahu' alaihi wasallam, and the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam propose to maula that Osama bin Zaid, and has told me that the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu' alaihi wasallam said: "He who loves me so he should love Osama. He said: "Do not do it, because Umm Sharik many guests, I do not want you falling off your head coverings or clothing exposed from the limbs so that people will look at some of what you do not like. However, a move to your uncle Abdullah bin 'Amr bin Umm Maktoum. " He is a man of Bani Fahr, then I moved into his house. [Sunan Nasa'i No.3185] This day on the fine. Food (slaughter) of those who were given the Book is lawful unto you and yours is lawful (also) for them. (Lawful unto you in marriage) are chaste women among the believers and women who maintain the honor of those who received the Scripture before you, when you have to pay a dowry to marry them in order, not in fornication, not (yet) made concubines. Those who reject faith after they (do not accept Islamic law) practice and then delete it in the Day of Judgment, the people perish. [Al Ma'ida 5/5] Has been reported to us Muhammad bin Mansur, he said; Sufyan have told us of Ziyad bin Sa'ad 'Abdullah bin Al Fadl from Nafi' bin Jubair from Ibn Abbas that the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "A widow is entitled to himself, being a girl to be his father asking his consent, and her consent is her silence. " [Sunan Nasa'i No.3212] Has been reported to us Harun bin Abdullah, he said; ta'n have told us, he said; Malik has told us of Abdur Rahman bin Al Qasim, and has been preaching to us Muhammad bin Salamah, he said; have told us Abdur Rahman bin Al Qasim from Malik, he said; has told me Abdurrahman bin Al Qasim from his father of Abdur Rahman and Mujammi 'bin Yazid son of the slave woman from the Ansar Khansa` Khidzam daughter that her father married her off and she was a widow, and she did not like it, then report to the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu' alaihi wasallam. Then he rejected her marriage. [Sunan Nasa'i No.3216] Has been reported to us' Amr bin Ali, he said; John has told us, he said; have told us Muhammad bin 'Amr, he said; have told us Abu Salamah from Abu Hurayrah, he said; Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The woman asked for the approval of orphan himself, when he was silent, it was his permission and when he refused they can not force it." [Sunan Nasa'i No.3218] O ye who believe! Ye are forbidden to inherit women by force and do not harass them because they want to take back some of what you have given them, except when they commit lewdness. But consort with them in kindness. Then if you hate them, (the patient) as it may be that you dislike a thing while Allah has placed much good.
[An-Nisaa '4/19] Has been preaching to us Hajib bin Sulaiman, he said; have told us Hajjaj, he said; have told us Ibn Abi Dzi`b from Az Zuhri and Yazid bin Abdullah bin Qusaith of Abu Salamah bin Abdur Rahman and Al Harith bin Abdur Rahman and Muhammad bin Abdur Rahman bin Tsauban that both Fatima bint Qais asked about his cause, then it said; My husband had divorced me three times, and he fed me first. Then I say; By Allah, if I get a living and accommodation will I be asked, and did not accept this. Then his deputy said; You did not get a place to live and make a living. Fatima said; then I came to the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and mentioned it to him. Then he said: "You do not get a place to live and make a living, then ber'iddahlah fulanah home." He said; he often visited his friends, then he said: "Do iddah in the house of Ibn Umm Maktoum because he is blind, so when you have good, let me know." He said; then I clean it after I told her. Then the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Who asked you to marry?" then I say; Mu'awiya and another man from the Quraysh. Then the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The Mu'awiya and he was a young man of Quraysh young men who do not have anything, while others find that he is the one who behaved badly and there is no goodness in it. However Marry with Usama bin Zaid. " He said; I do not like it. Then he said something that to him three times, so I married him. [Sunan Nasa'i No.3192] Has been reported to us Ishaq bin Ibrahim, he said; Sufyan preached to us from Az Zuhri from 'Urwa from Aisha, he said; Rifa'ah wife came to the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam then said; Rifa'ah divorce me at all, after that I was married to Abdur Rahman ibn Az Zubair and he does not have the ability to save as end clothes. Then the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam laughed and said: "Perhaps you would like to return to Rifa'ah or not, until he felt kenikmatanmu and you feel the pleasure ?." [Sunan Nasa'i No.3231] And whoever amongst you (free) not wherewith to wed free believing women, they may wed believing women, of children you have. Allah knows best your belief some of you are from each other, wed them with the leave of their owners, and give them a lawful manner dowry, they are women who look after them, no adulterer and not (also) for women who took other men as paramours ; and when they were in wedlock, if they commit lewdness (adultery), then on their punishment is half that for free women married. (Ability permission) is for those who fear the societal care for themselves (of adultery) among you, and patience is better for you. And Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
[An-Nisaa '4/25] Men who commit adultery but do not marry women who commit adultery, or women who are polytheists; and women who commit adultery are not married but by men who commit adultery or male idolaters, and that is forbidden to the believers oran. And those who are not able to maintain the sanctity of marriage (themselves) until Allah gives them means out of His grace. And slaves do you have a memginginkan agreement, you must make an agreement with them, if you know any good in them, and bestow upon them of the wealth of Allah which He has given to you. And do not force your slave-girls to prostitution, when they desire chastity, for you to seek worldly gain. And whoever compels them, then surely Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful (to them) after they forced it [An Nuur 24/3] Has told us Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Tamim, he said; I've heard Hajjaj said; Ibn Juraij; has been reported to me Sa'id ibn Ayyub of Yazid ibn Abi Habib that Abu Al Khair had told him of 'Alqamah bin' Amir of the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, he said: "The condition is most entitled to be fulfilled to justify the genitals." [Sunan Nasa'i No3230] And there is no sin for you to woo the ladies with sarcasm or conceal (the desire to marry them) in your hearts. Allah knows that you win mention them, but do not make a promise them secretly unless you speak kind words (only) the right word. And do you have resolved (firm) to beraqad marriage, before fully attained their term. And know that Allah knows what is in your heart; so beware of Him, and know that Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. [Al-Baqarah 2/235] Has been preaching to us Qutaibah, he said; have told us Al Layth from Nafi 'from Ibn' Umar from the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, he said: "Let no man among you propose on some of the other proposal." [Sunan Nasa'i No.3186] Has been preaching to us Yunus bin Abdul A'la, he said; have told us Ibn Wahb, he said; Yunus has been preaching to me from Ibn Shihab, he said; has been preaching to me Sa'id bin Al Musayyab from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Let no man among you propose on his proposal until he is married or leaving proposal." [Sunan Nasa'i No.3189] Has been preaching to us Muhammad bin Mansur Sa'id bin Abdur Rahman and the two of them said; Sufyan have told us from Az Zuhri of Sa'id Abu Hurayrah, he said; Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: ... And (from the editorial of Muhammad, he said) of the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu' alaihi wasallam: "Do not let others bid each other offers, not the person selling the city to the countryside, do not sell more than one purchase his brother, and do not propose on his proposal. And do not ask for a divorce a woman so that he can control his brother's part. " [Sunan Nasa'i No.3187] Has been preaching to us Ibrahim bin Al Hasan, he said; have told us Al Hajjaj bin Muhammad, he said; said Ibnu Juraij; I've heard Nafi 'reported that Abdullah ibn Umar used to say; Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam partial ban on selling your purchase with another, and not one of the above proposal propose others who propose to abandon the proposal or permit previously granted permission.
[Sunan Nasa'i No.3191] Has been preaching to us Muhammad bin Adam, he said; have told us Ali bin Hashim bin Al Barid from Yazid bin Kaisan from Abu Hazim from Abu Hurayrah, he said; came a man from among the Ansar to the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said; Indeed I have been married to a woman. Then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Do you not see him? Because indeed in the eyes of the Ansar there is something." Abu Abdur Rahman said; I find it to be in a different place from Yazid bin Kaisan that Jabir bin Abdullah has told .... And the truth is Abu Hurairah. [Sunan Nasa'i No.3194] Has been preaching to us Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Yazid, he said; have told us of Yazid ibn Sufyan Kaisan from Abu Hazim from Abu Hurayrah that a man wants to marry a woman, then the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Look at him, because in the eyes of the Ansar there is something." [Sunan Nasa'i No.3195] And they say to their skins: "Why did you testify against us?" They will say: "God makes everything speak has made us speak (He), and He created you the first time, and to Him you shall return." [Fussilat 41/21] (Trials) is burning human skin. [Al MUDDATHTHIR 74/29] Narrated Ibn Abbas RA, he said, "I've never seen anything like what is being said by Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet Muhammad." He said, "Verily, Allah provides for the adultery of the descendants of Adam himself, he will find it. Zina's eyes are seeing, oral adultery is nonsense. The soul that expects and wants, while farj (genital) allow and deny. " [Saheeh, Muttafaq Alaih No.2153] Narrated Ibn Abbas RA, he said, "I've never seen anything like what is being said by Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet Muhammad." He said, "Verily, Allah provides for the adultery of the descendants of Adam himself, he will find it. Zina's eyes are seeing, oral adultery is nonsense. The soul that expects and wants, while farj (genital) allow and deny. " [Saheeh, Muttafaq Alaih No.2153] The Prophet Muhammad said: "La ayyut'ana fi ro'si akhadikum bimikh yatin min khadidin Khoirul lahu min ayyamassa imroatan la takhillu lahu" This means: "If his head stuck the needle of iron is still better than touching a woman who is not a stranger to her" [Thabrani] "From Ma'qil bin Yasar of the Prophet Muhammad, he said: it stuck in her head one of you with an iron needle is better than he touched a woman who is not lawful for him." [Narrated Thabrani and Sufism] Of ash-Sya'bi that Rasuullah Muhammad when he led the women to pledge allegiance to the blankets striped fabric of Qatar and he placed it on his hand, saying, "I do not shake hands with women."
[Narrated by Abu Dawood in al-Brazil] Prophet Muhammad said: "Innahu man wadoa yadahu ala imroatin la takhillu lahu bisahwatin ja-a yaumal qiyamati magh lulatan yadahu ila unuqihi. Fain kobbalaha kuridot safatahu finnar " This means : "Anyone who puts his hands on a woman who is not his mahram with lust (happy / lust) then he will come on the Day of Resurrection with his hands tied to his neck. And if she kissed him, then his lips will be cut in hell " [Thabrani] Has said of 'Aisha: "Never once in the Prophet touched the hand of a woman who is not lawful for him." [Bukhari and Muslim] Has said of 'Aisha: "No! By Allah, never once in the hands of the Prophet touching her hand (foreign), he just grab their allegiance with words. " [Bukhari and Muslim] of 'Aisha r.a. said: "When a woman has come to the age of puberty then he should not reveal badanya members except her face and besides this clutched his wrist alone and let the grip between the palm of one hand with the palm of the hand grip to the other [Tabari] Maliki.
