Mother Whom Will Inherited

"Someone came to the Prophet Muhammad sal-Allaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and said," I will pledge allegiance to you for refuge, and I left my parents in a state of crying. From Miqdam bin Ma'dikarib, that the Prophet Muhammad said, "Verily Allah willed you to be loyal to your mother (he said it three times). Allah willed you to be loyal to your fathers. Allah willed you to do good to your relatives, (then to relatives) closer. "

Of Tariq Al Muharabi, he said, I saw the Prophet Muhammad raised his hands until I saw the white armpit, he said, "Behold! A mother bear (penalty) due to his bad deeds. Know! A mother bear (penalty) as a result of his evil deeds. "

From Anas bin Malik RA, he said, "One day I was with my mother came to the Prophet Muhammad. My mother covered me with half and half veil to envelop me." From Abu Hurairah RA, he said, "The Prophet Muhammad said. 'Slaves who do good it gets two rewards.' By the One in the life of Abu Hurairah in his hands! If there is no obligation of jihad in the way of Allah, Hajj, and devotion to the mother, of course I prefer to die in a state of being a slave. " Narrator said. "We got the news that Abu Hurayrah did not do Hajj except after her mother died, because he had to accompany his mother."

From Ali, he said: When I came out of Mecca, I followed a girl Hamzah, he called out, "Hi uncle." I was up to him and held his hand, then said, "You have a daughter of your uncle," then the daughter of his uncle took him away, and narrators to tell his story. Ja'far said, "This is the daughter of my uncle, aunt beneath me," then the Prophet said to her aunt, "An aunt statusnnya same as the mother."

From Miqdam Al Kindi, he said: I heard the Prophet Muhammad SAW said, "I am the heir to those who have no heir, I'm the one who will free the captive and inherit property. You mother is heir to those who have no heirs; he will be freed captive and inherit his property. "

From Salman bin Buraidah, from his father, he said, "Prophet Muhammad SAW said, 'Honor the wives of the fighters for people who do not like their honor fought against their mothers. Someone who did not join the war because of a udzur ( old age), and then given a mandate by his brother who fought to keep his family, but he instead betrayed, then on the Day of Judgment all his deeds will be stripped from him. So, what do you think? '. "

From Buraidah, he said: Prophet Muhammad SAW said, "The glory wives who strive to exceed wife is not jihad, like noble their mothers. None of those who did not join jihad families who take care of the people who left for jihad, but he will be terminated on the last day, and then said to him, 'This man has taken care of your family in your time of jihad (but he betrayed), then take his good deeds as you please.' Prophet Muhammad then turned to us and said, "What do you think? '."

Slander Women
O ye who believe, when it comes to emigrate to you women who believe, you shall test (faith) them. Allah knows best their faith; so if you already know that they are (really) believers so do not put them out to (their husbands) disbelievers. They are not lawful for the disbelievers and infidels was not lawful for them. And grant to (husband husband) their dowry they have paid for. And there is no sin for you to marry them if you pay them the dowry (payment). And do not stick to the rope (marriage) with the daughters of infidels; and be ye ask for dowry which you have paid; and let them ask for dowry which they have paid. Thus the enactment of the law of God among you. And Allah is Knower, Wise.

Of Usama bin Zaid, he said, "Prophet Muhammad said, 'It is not I leave after my death a slander mess later, more dangerous for men of the slander (caused) a woman."

From Mua'wiyah, he said, "I heard the Messenger Muhammad SAW said, 'It is not left out of the earth except the trials and slander."

From Abu Hurairah, he said, "Prophet Muhammad said," If you come (proposed) to you, the person who had the pleasure you (enjoy) morals and religion, then marries her, if you do not do it, will undoubtedly occur defamation in advance Earth and fatal damage. "

From 'Aisha RA, that the Prophet prayed with these sentences,' O Allah, I seek refuge in You from libel hell and from the torments of hell, of slander grave and from the punishment of the grave, from poor wealth slander and defamation of poor pauperism, as well as of defamation Al Masih Ad-Dajjal. O God, cleanse my mistakes with snow and dew water, purify my heart of mistakes, as you cleanse white clothes from dirt. And put away between myself and my mistakes, as you keep between east and west. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from laziness, senility, mistakes and losses'. "

O mankind, fear your Lord who has created you from a single self, and from it God created his wife; and of God He scattered on both men and women that much. And fear Allah, that the (use) his name you ask each other to each other, and (guard) silaturrahim relationship. Verily Allah always watches over you.

O Prophet, tell your wives, your daughters and wives of the believers: "Let them garments over their bodies." That is so they are easier to be recognized, therefore they are not disturbed. And Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
[Al Ahzab 33/59]
O Prophet, when women come to the faithful to hold allegiance, that they not be ascribed partners to Allah, not to steal, not commit adultery, do not kill their children, will not be lied that they were forged between the hand and the their feet and will not disobey thee in the affairs of the good, then accept their allegiance to God and beseech forgiveness for them. Indeed God is Forgiving, Merciful.

And do not marry polytheistic women until they believe. Verily a believing slave woman is better than polytheistic women, although he pulled your heart. And do not marry idolaters (with the women believers) until after their faith. Verily a believing slave is better than the idolaters, even though he pulled your heart. They invite to Hell, while Allah invites to Paradise and forgiveness by His permission. And Allah explains His verses (His commands) to humans that they may take heed.
They ask you about menstruation. Say: "Haidh it is a dirt." Therefore be ye abstain from women at the time menstruation; and do not approach them, before they are sacred. If they have sacred, then campurilah they were in a place that God commanded thee. Indeed, Allah loves those who repent and loves those who purify themselves.

On this day been made lawful to you are doing well. Food (slaughter) those who were given the Book is lawful unto you and yours is lawful (also) for them. (And lawful mangawini) women who maintain the honor among women who believe and women who maintain the honor of the people who were given the Book before you, if you had paid dowry them with the intention of marrying her, not with the intention of committing adultery and not (also) making concubines. And whoever amongst you (free people) are not enough shopping to marry a free woman again believer, he may marry believing women, of slaves that you have. God knows your faith; sebahagian you are from others, because it is marry them with the permission of their masters, and give them according to the dowry that should, while they also women who nourish themselves, not the adulterer and not (also) women who took other men as a pet ; and if they have been keeping themselves to marry, then they do abominable deeds (adultery), then over them half the punishment of punishment independent women who married. Lodge them [in a section] of where you dwell out of your means and do not harm them in order to oppress them. And if they should be pregnant, then spend on them until they give birth. And if they breastfeed for you, then give them their payment and confer among yourselves in the acceptable way; but if you are in discord, then there may breastfeed for the father another woman.

Men are in charge of women, because Allah has preferred some of them (men) on sebahagian another (female), and because they (men) spend out of their property. Therefore the righteous women, who are obedient to God again maintain themselves when her husband was not there, because God has kept (them). The women whom you fear disobedience, admonish them and separate them in their beds, and beat them. Then if they obey you, seek not a way against them-looking. Allah is Most High, Most Great.

O ye who believe, it is not lawful for you to inherit women forcibly road and do not trouble them because you want to take back some of what you have given them, except when they commit lewdness. And hang out with them inappropriate. Then if you do not like them, (the patient) because maybe you do not like something, but God made him much good.

And do not marry women who have been in marriage to your father, who has been the exception during the past. Truly such a thing is very cruel and hated God and an evil way (to be taken).

and (also forbidden to marry you) married women, except slaves do you have (God has ordained the law) as his statutes upon you. And those who accuse women of the good (adultery) and they do not produce four witnesses, then deralah they (the accused's) eighty times flagellation, and do not accept their testimony for ever. And they are the ones who rebel.

And the women who do not menstruate again (menopause) in women-your daughter if you are in doubt (about the prescribed period "menstrual"), then their prescribed period is three months; and so (also) women who do not menstruate. And pregnant women, when they were waiting period is until they give birth abortion. And goods-who fear Allah, Allah will make him ease in his dealings.

To the women who divorced (let given by her husband) mut'ah (something that is given by the husband to his divorced wife as an entertainer) according to the ma'ruf, as an obligation for those who do right.
[Al-Baqarah 2/241]
O ye who believe, if you married women who believe, then you divorce them before you interfere then once in a while not obligatory upon them 'idda you who you ask perfected. Then give them mut'ah (something that is given by the husband to his divorced wife as an entertainer) and deliver them with the best possible manner.
[Al Ahzab 33/49]
You may suspend intercourse with who you want them (wives) and (should also) intercourse with anyone you want. And anyone that you desire to have intercourse with women who have returned from your divorce, then there is no sin on you. That is closer to their sobriety, and they do not feel sad, and everything willingly with what you have given them. And Allah knows what is (stored) in your heart. And Allah is Knower of Trustees
It is not lawful for you to marry women after that and should not be (too) to replace them with wives (the other), even though their beauty attract thee unless women (slave) that you have. And Allah is Aware of everything

Then, if the husband gives talaq (divorce after the second), then the woman is no longer lawful for him until she marries another husband. Then, if the other husband divorces her, then there is no sin for both of them (the former first husband and wife) for mating back if they believe that they can keep God's laws. That the laws of Allah, described him to the people who (want to) know.

And if you worry there is dispute between the two, then send an Hakam family man and a woman from a family Hakam. If two people intend to repair it Hakam, Allah gave to the husband-wife taufik it. Lo! Allah is Knower, Aware.

Prohibited to you [for marriage] are your mothers, your daughters, your sisters, your father's sisters, your mother's sisters, your brother's daughters, your sister's daughters, your [milk] mothers who nursed you, your sisters through nursing, your wives' mothers, and your step-daughters under your guardianship [born] of your wives unto whom you have gone in. But if you have not gone in unto them, there is no sin upon you. And [also prohibited are] the wives of your sons who are from your [own] loins, and that you take [in marriage] two sisters simultaneously, except for what has already occurred. Indeed, Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful.
[An Nisaa '4/23]
You will surely find the most intense of the people in animosity toward the believers [to be] the Jews and those who associate others with Allah ; and you will find the nearest of them in affection to the believers those who say, "We are Christians." That is because among them are priests and monks and because they are not arrogant.
[Al Mujaadilah 58/2]
And they request from you, [O Muhammad], a [legal] ruling concerning women. Say, " Allah gives you a ruling about them and [about] what has been recited to you in the Book concerning the orphan girls to whom you do not give what is decreed for them - and [yet] you desire to marry them - and concerning the oppressed among children and that you maintain for orphans [their rights] in justice." And whatever you do of good - indeed, Allah is ever Knowing of it.
And if a woman fears from her husband contempt or evasion, there is no sin upon them if they make terms of settlement between them - and settlement is best. And present in [human] souls is stinginess. But if you do good and fear Allah - then indeed Allah is ever, with what you do, Acquainted.
[An-Nisa '4 / 127-128]
The [unmarried] woman or [unmarried] man found guilty of sexual intercourse - lash each one of them with a hundred lashes, and do not be taken by pity for them in the religion of Allah , if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. And let a group of the believers witness their punishment.
The fornicator does not marry except a [female] fornicator or polytheist, and none marries her except a fornicator or a polytheist, and that has been made unlawful to the believers.

And (against) the women who worked lewdness, let there were four witnesses between you (the witness). Then when they had given testimony, then banish them (the women) within the home until they died, or until God gives him another way

Women who are cruel to men vile and vicious men are created vile women (as well), and women who either are for good men and good men are for women who either (too). They (the accused) was clean from what is alleged by them (the accused's). For them is forgiveness and noble provision (Paradise).
[An Nuur 24/26]
And marry the unmarried among you and the righteous among your male slaves and female slaves. If they should be poor, Allah will enrich them from His bounty, and Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing.
But let them who find not [the means for] marriage abstain [from sexual relations] until Allah enriches them from His bounty. And those who seek a contract [for eventual emancipation] from among whom your right hands possess - then make a contract with them if you know there is within them goodness and give them from the wealth of Allah which He has given you. And do not compel your slave girls to prostitution, if they desire chastity, to seek [thereby] the temporary interests of worldly life. And if someone should compel them, then indeed, Allah is [to them], after their compulsion, Forgiving and Merciful.
[An Nuur 24 / 32-33]
O ye who believe, do not be a bunch of men patronizing another collection, which ridiculed it may be better than them. And do not also a bunch of other collection degrading women, may have lowered it better. And do not reproach yourselves like and do not call with a title containing ridicule. The worst of the call is (call) after bad faith and whoever does not repent, then they are the ones who do wrong.
[Al Hujuraat 49/11]
God ordained thee concerning (division inheritance for) your children. Namely: Courant a son together with bagahian two daughters; and if the children were all women more than two, then for them two-thirds of the inheritance; if the girl was a course, then he gained half possessions. And for two mother-father, for each one-sixth of the inheritance, if the deceased have a child; if the person who died did not have children and she inherited by the mother-father (only), then the mother gets one-third; if the deceased had several siblings, then the mother gets one-sixth. (Divisions mentioned above) will be met after he made or (and) after the debt is paid. (About) your parents and your children, you do not know which of them is closer (many) benefits you. This is the ordinance of God. Lo! Allah is Knower, Wise.
[An Nisaa '4/11]
And you (husbands) half of the property left by wives, if they do not have children. If wives were to have children, then you got a quarter of the property left behind after they make will be met, or (and) seduah paid his debt. The wives earn a quarter of that which ye leave if you do not have children. If you have children, then the wives obtain one-eighth of the estate you leave behind after you made will be met, or (and) after the debt is paid-farthing. If someone dies, both men and women who did not leave his father and left no children, but has a brother (same mother only) or a sister (same mother alone), then for each of the two types brothers-sixth treasure. But if the same mother's brothers more than one, then they allied in the third part, which will be met after he made or paid after debts by not giving harm (to the beneficiary). (God establishes it as such) shari'ah is really from Allah, and Allah is Knower of Trustees.

They ask thee fatwa (about kalalah). Say: "Allah gives you a fatwa about kalalah (ie): if one dies, and he had no children and has a sister, then for her brother half of the property left behind, and his brother were males inherit (the entire property sister), if he does not have children, but if the two sisters, then for both two-thirds of the estate left by the deceased.
